Strong experience in Wi-Fi testing over-the-air tests, including familiarity with test methodologies, tools, and frameworks
Network experience in IP address (v4/v6), subnet mask, routing , etc.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles, configurations, and protocols - and the ability to perform these tasks
Experience with Wi-Fi testing in the context of consumer electronics or networking devices
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (such as FCC, CTIA, 3GPP, etc.) for Wi-Fi products. Familiarity with Wi-Fi certification processes and testing requirements
Understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) principles and antenna design considerations
Proficiency in using Wi-Fi testing tools such as desk and laptop computers, spectrum analyzers, traffic generators, and network analyzers

Familiarity with security protocols and encryption standards used in Wi-Fi networks

Understanding or willing to learn RF system and Wi-Fi antennas and their TRP/TIS related to Wi-Fi over-the-air test is a plus
Understanding or willing to learn LTE / 5G FR1 / Bluetooth (BTLE) related to Wi-Fi over-the-air test is a plus
