3+ years of technical procurement experience in highly engineered electrical equipment support utility and grid operations within substations and high-voltage lines.
Knowledge of and established relationships with finished product manufacturers or manufacturer representatives in the utility industry.
Experience in sourcing from a global supply base using various contractual models. Proven success working on cross-functional new service or product introduction projects, completing cost models, and negotiating.
Familiarity with sourcing, buying, and solicitation purchasing software and systems within a purchasing function.
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
