Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to sit and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Experience in cost accounting within manufacturing environments, preferably aerospace, defense, or regulated industries
Demonstrate skills in leading organizational change, including process and system implementation and optimization
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
8–10 years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility
Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing accounting functions

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
