4-year degree required
Relevant internship or professional experience in an IT customer service, IT support or IT troubleshooting role or related experience
FACE to FACE Support - Basic planning/organizational, time management, decision-making, and superb written/verbal communication skills
Must be able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
Possess strong problem-solving and big-picture/conceptual skills
Must be able to work with people at all levels and demonstrate the ability to understand and embrace change
Day to Day: They could be assisting with the roll out of new equipment (imaging, software installation, handling the migrations) or they could be answering business partner's technical calls, emails, IM's, etc.
Technologies or systems that will utilized : Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, proprietary software, Mobile Devices, Laptop/Desktop/iPad, Citrix Receiver/XenDesktop/XenApp, Cisco networking LAN/WAN/Wireless
In house training on systems and business knowledge will be provided
Training turnaround is 4 months
Call numbers will depend on the day, could be 15-30-some days will be busier than others
