Anticipate challenges 2–3 years out and help teams navigate risk before it lands on a jobsite
Represent Barringer in client meetings, interviews, and presentations with the polish and presence our clients expect
You build trust quickly with teammates, clients, and subcontractors

Work is performed in a mix of office and active construction site environments, with varying conditions including stairs, ladders, and occasional dust and temperature swings
