Demonstrated experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects valued at $5 million or greater.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and commercial mechanical systems.
Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, procurement, subcontract administration, and contract management.
Experience working directly with owners, developers, and general contractors on multifamily developments.
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
