Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related engineering field preferred.
Hands-on experience with robot programming, PLC logic, and industrial automation hardware.
Strong understanding of machine design, sensors, pneumatics, motion control, and industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet).
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
