High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Class B/Class B with Air Brake CDL
Must meet minimum age requirements
Must meet DFA requirements for Motor Vehicle Records
Must meet all DOT requirements
Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules, regulations and policies adhering to all safety practices
Deliver pre-ordered or unscheduled (special orders) products to customers according to route schedule and customer delivery expectations
Based on route design, load and unload product as required at designated stops
Load and unload product manually with hook, 2-wheel cart and/or pallet jack
Ensure load is properly secured prior to travel and at each stop
Complete all daily paperwork fully and correctly each day
Complete DOT and customer paperwork including delivery tickets, pre and post trip inspections, driver logs, trip records, and vehicle service reports
Submit all customer paperwork and deposits daily, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports
Ensure sufficient route inventory levels to meet customer demands while adhering to account inventory control and company distribution procedures
Document condition of freight before departure
Attend all driver workshops and training sessions
Use company supported applications or systems properly
Must be able to read, write and speak English
