Valid Class A or Class B CDL
Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR CMV or School Bus driving experience within the last 3 years with spotless reports and a local road test
Or Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR CMV or School Bus driving experience within the last 3 years with relatively clean reports
Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service rules and regulations
Keep accurate daily DOT Driver Logs using the MOTIVE app — paper logs are not accepted
Must act in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Ability to work in a team setting, sharing workload and responsibilities with other drivers
This is an Independent Contractor position — not a Company Driver or Owner/Operator position
Required to attend in-person Onboarding in High Point, NC
Must take at least 1 trip per month to remain active

Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
English language proficiency
Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required
