This is an hourly position governed by the International Association of Machinists (IAM-751) Collective Bargaining agreement.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Tool Proficiency: Experience using a wide range of hand and power tools, from basic hand tools to advanced shop equipment such as pneumatic tools, rivet guns, bucking bars, C-squeeze riveters, ratchet wrenches, nut runners, and specialty grinders
Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of a broad range of materials used in aircraft interior fabrication, including adhesives, sealants, coatings, primers, chemical solvents, paints, composites, and specialty finishes like liquid nitrogen treatments. Understands the unique properties and handling requirements of each material to ensure quality fabrication
Material Knowledge: Understanding of materials used in interior fabrication and assembly
Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Technical Drawings: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Safety Awareness: Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
