EPA certification & HVAC repair experience
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance
Multifamily experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required; additional technical, vocational, or trade school training is preferred
Ability to successfully pass a background check, with any criminal convictions considered based on relevance to the position and in compliance with applicable laws
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and/or renovation, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
Must supply and maintain basic hand and power tools required for the position
Reliance on reliable transportation with the ability to travel between properties or offsite as needed
Proficiency in smart phone applications
On-Call Availability: Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50-lbs
