Experience reviewing, organizing, or managing large volumes of records and documentation
Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately validate information against established retention rules and criteria
Experience working with medical records, healthcare documentation, compliance requirements, or records retention processes is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a high-volume environment
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to review patient information within systems to determine active versus inactive status.
Experience supporting document destruction, records storage, indexing, filing, or retrieval activities is a plus.
