Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversations
Individuals who take coaching well and apply feedback
People with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletes, or other performance-based roles
Self-motivated professionals who want control over their income
Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules
Paid, structured training designed to develop high-performing consultants
W2 position with full benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401k
Uncapped commission structure - average earnings of $150k-$400k+ annually
Consultants consistently close at 30% , with top performers exceeding 50%
