Prior experience in utilization review, case management, or insurance authorization within the behavioral healthcare space
Proficiency in Kipu EMR and Google Workspace tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs) is required

Must be able to operate and navigate a large delivery van with a gross vehicle weight of 10,000 lbs. or less
Must be able to move, lift or push boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
Are physically fit and capable of getting in and out of van every few minutes (up to 100 to 2000 times/day) to deliver up to 350 packages/day
