Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human service field is required for this position.
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is required to qualify for this role.
Bachelor's degree in human services or a comparable related human service field with at least two (2) years of child mental health experience; OR
Bachelor's degree in any field plus four (4) years' experience in providing services to children and families; OR
Master's degree in any field and one (1) year of experience in providing services to children and families
A doctorate or master's degree in social work from a college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education or a field related to social work such as sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling, with a student placement in casework services to children and families or one year of experience in providing casework services to children and families; OR
A bachelor's degree in social work or a field related to social work including, but not limited to, sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling and one year of experience in providing casework services to children and families; OR
A bachelor's degree in any field plus two years' experience in providing casework services to children and families.

Must have prior experience either working as a Social Worker, Case Manager or in a Medical office processing insurance and also worked at a call center
Must be able to train for 3 weeks in office all 5 days a week, Monday-Friday
Must be very patient and have lots of empathy to help customers over the phone
Must be able to work all day answering call center phone calls
Needs to be fluent in English
Preferably someone who worked as a social worker, case manager or in a very busy medical office or a high volume call center
Must be able to clear drug test and criminal background check
