Minimum Requirements
Basic reading, writing, and math skills (approx. 8th-grade level)
Basic computer skills (keyboarding, mouse use, Windows navigation, opening/closing files)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Standing for nearly 100% of the shift
Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
Ability to perform close visual inspection of products and read prints/drawings
Comfortable working with computer screens for extended periods
Required PPE: Safety glasses and steel-toe shoes
Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, and chemical fumes
Manufacturing floor setting
