Certifications**:** Professional-level cloud engineering certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure Security Engineer Associate), alongside baseline enterprise IT certifications (e.g., CASP+ CE, CISSP, or equivalent technical baselines).

Demonstrated experience leading the engineering and execution of complex cloud infrastructure tool integrations from inception to completion within federal environments.
