Proficiency in pipe preparation: beveling, root gap setup, fit up, and alignment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding specifications.
Able to operate fabrication tools such as pipe rollers, beveling machines, and orbital welding systems.
Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping to required specifications.
Ensure weld quality meets ASME, AWS, or project‑specific codes.
2+ years of hands-on welding experience, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.

Experience working with preheat, interpass temperature control, and post‑weld heat treatment (PWHT).
