3rd Shift CNC Machinist
Set-up & production of company's products within prescribed specifications
Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with customer specifications, work order instructions, and quality procedures
Completes equipment set-up's in accordance with customer specifications, work order instructions, and quality procedures
Produces products in accordance with verbal and written instructions
Reads and interprets blueprints and other written specifications
Inspects parts using specified gaging and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as required
Able to use a variety of inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, Tri-check gages, Sunnen Bore gages, pin gages, height gages, comparators, and coordinate measuring machines
Checks finishes with use of comparison gages or scribes
Able to visually inspect product to meet customer requirements
Performs basic metal finishing as required to remove loose burrs
Mark or secure products with proper identifying information ensuring lot control
This position is a 3rd shift position, but does require training for 6-8 weeks
Pay rates up to $30 / hour
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
