Associate's degree a plus
At least 1 year experience with Mazak (Mazatrol) machines and M and G code preferred
1 years' experience in the operation of CNC Machines, while also being efficient at manual machines is desired
Able to edit, troubleshoot and build CNC programs is a required
Process improvement minded
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret blueprints, drawings, etc
Must be capable of using measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gage, bore gage, etc
M and G code experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Lifts frequently (75% of normal workday) material weighing 0 - 10 lbs
Occasionally lifts material weighing 25-50 lbs. (10% of the normal workday) Lifting generally from floor level to waist level
Stands in place for up to 3 hours
Must be capable of close, distant, and color vision and have good depth perception
Must reach, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
Be able to read part numbers and directions provided on a worksheet
Must be reliable and willing to work overtime when required
