Operate CNC milling machines and machining equipment
Load and unload materials and finished parts
Perform basic machine setups and adjustments
Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues
Maintain quality standards and production requirements
Record production information and inspection results
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Ability to stand throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work around manufacturing equipment safely
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
Manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, maintenance, automotive, military, or technical experience preferred
Previous CNC experience is a plus but not required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
