Provides feedback to supervisor and programmer as to the performance of the program and tooling used for cutting the material
Operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Secures and fixture raw stock of material into machine
First experience

Cuts raw stock to approximate size necessary for part being machined
Keeps machine area clean and neat prior to ending of shift
ITAR Controlled Position: Yes
Loads programs into CNC machine and execute program cutting of the material
Deburs completed machine parts as time allows
Verifies the accuracy of the parts using calipers, micrometers and other metrology equipment
Squares material prior to running program if necessary
Monitors the operating of the machine to ensure proper program performance
English (Fluent)
Ensures machine is in proper working order and report any issues
Maintains coolant as necessary, including removal of containments, proper dilution ratio and cleaning and recharging machine
Annual salary USD $17.19/hr - $27.01/hr

3-5 years of relevant production experience in aerospace structural assembly
Accuracy in part selection
Thin Sheet Metal working experience, such as Drilling, Riveting, Trimming/Cutting, Countersinking, Dimpling and Assembly
High attention to detail and experience with inventory management
Ability to occasionally lift upwards of 50 lbs. consistently
Self-starter requiring limited supervision, and able to perform job assignments with a very high degree of accuracy
Experience working in a manufacturing type of environment
Capable of standing for extended periods
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
