Knowledge of calipers, gauges, and other required measuring tools
Strong proficiency in basic math
Ability to accurately document machining procedures
Familiarity with metals, part-holding fixtures, and lathe/mill tooling
Experience with Okuma, Mazak, and Mori lathe machines
Basic oral communication skills
Ability to read, comprehend, and complete logs and reports in English
Ability to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components
Availability to work scheduled hours
Adhere to all company policies, including timekeeping
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
Ability to stand for an entire shift
