Experience with tight-tolerance, high-precision components using live tooling, Y-axis, C-axis, sub-spindles, and twin-turret machines.
Comfortable making size, offset, and tooling corrections without supervision
Understands Material capabilities: Aluminum alloys, Stainless steel, Carbon and alloy steels, Brass and copper alloys
Formal schooling is not required if you have 6 years of real-world machining experience.
Ability to set up machines, not just operate them
Strong blueprint reading and tolerance comprehension
Confident use of precision measuring tools (not just holding them)
4+ years of hands-on CNC and multi-spindle screw machines experience
Willingness to take ownership of part quality and machine performance
