CNC SYSTEMS ANALYST
Must have formal training or equivalent experience in electronics
Read and interpret circuit-wiring diagrams
Proficient in the use of volt OHM meter, signal generator and oscilloscope
Trouble shoot, install, inspect, repair and perform preventative maintenance on electronic/electrical equipment and circuits, NC/CNC equipment and hydraulic power units
Must work down to component level
Complete range of precision measuring instruments and tools necessary to carry out primary function
Employee should furnish the following tools: Electrician's tool belt and pouch, wire cutters and strippers, verniers, complete set of sockets and ratchets - 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" drive, complete set of open end and box end wrenches from 1/4" to 1", complete set of screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, and pliers
Dis-assemble/assemble NC/CNC machinery as required to implement electrical/electronic repairs
Must be able to read, understand and interpret electronic schematics/diagrams and specifications
May provide technical assistance in the design and modification of automated production equipment
