Work in a non-temperature controlled environment
Load, install and correctly set up the tools required, and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment
Lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy weight
Grind finished product for sandblasting
Stand and walk for 1-12 hours per day for up to 6 days a week
Minimum of 2 years of CNC Break Press experience
Reports all machine malfunctions to Management
Set up and operate Shear and/or Press Brake for routine established work
Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to ensure quality of productions
Work in a fast paced industrial environment wearing vision and hearing protection and other appropriate protective clothing
Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position
Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations
Squat, kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward
Working hours are general 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., but may be adjusted as needed to meet production needs
Safely operate forklift to handle materials
Select proper punches and dies based on material thickness and type

Possess a solid, quality minded work ethic and a strong attention to detail with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties.
Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD control.)
A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly, production environment, or cleanroom experience is essential.
Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge. Experience with small parts, small hand tools, equipment, and microscope.
High School Diploma and basic computer skills are a necessity.
Ability to read and work from engineer drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly.
