High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have the desire and/or ability to use hand tools (i.e. torque wrench, drills and inspection tools, riveting tools, screwdrivers, power screwdriver, ratchet wrench, crimpers, cable tools and various other hand tools).
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and/or instructions.
This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US citizen.
This job will require lifting of up to 35 pounds.
Ability to work Second Shift and Overtime including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sunday's, occasional holidays, or extended hours during the week when needed.
All candidates must have the ability to complete and pass a 3-week onsite paid training course which consists of: solder skills, plated through hole skills, cable and harness assembly skills, and surface mount technology skills

Must successfully complete all company training and certification requirements regarding equipment usage, including obtaining McCoy's forklift certification
Must be available and willing to work such overtime per day or week as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet business needs
