3+ years' Experience providing end-user and infrastructure technical support.
Must be on site at Woodridge, IL facility (on-site requirement).
Required hours are 10am-7pm.
Some On call shifts are expected.

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Which includes setting up new equipment for the employee onboarding.
Monitor network connectivity identifying and working with network providers to resolve outages.
Monitoring nightly batch schedules and doing basic troubleshooting if issues occur

Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a GMP environment, preferably with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 certification
Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and measurement tools
Experience with ASQ/ANSI Z1.4 sampling plans
Familiarity with CAPA, NCR, and root cause analysis processes
ASQ Certified Quality Technician training or similar certification preferred
Proficiency with Keyence systems, including program operation, is a plus
Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 lbs
