Perform a variety of assembly tasks including wire cutting, crimping, labeling, soldering, potting, heat shrink application, IDC and SCSI connector work, harness board setup, box builds, kitting, continuity testing, and pin extraction.
Assist with quality management system (QMS) initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Detail-oriented with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Must be able to accurately identify color codes.
Working knowledge of IPC-610/620 standards
Strong hand-eye coordination; ability to perform fine assembly work under magnification.
