J.D. from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School with excellent academic credentials
Must have an active law license to practice in the state of Texas and a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
3+ years litigation experience in the practice areas of insurance defense or personal injury

Knowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law commensurate with level of experience
