U.S. Citizen (required)
Experience using low and high-power microscopes
Proficiency with standard MS Office software - Outlook (email), Excel, Word
Experience working with cross-functional teams; (Production, Inventory, Engineering, Planning)
5-7 years of directly related experience or certified to J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610; if not already certified, ability to become IPC-A-610 certified at CIS level
3 - 5 years' experience performing inspections to MIL-STD-883, Methods 2010, 2017, 2032 or documents based on these criteria
High School diploma or equivalent
Hands-on experience with any type of Nonconformance Report system, to create and update Nonconformance Reports. (Agile, Arena, TIPQA, TeamCenter...)

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must work in an indoor production environment with low to moderate noise level.
This position requires access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arm Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
