Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record for traveling between properties and obtaining parts/equipment.
Physical capability to frequently walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift a minimum of 80 lbs., stoop, and work/extend overhead, including navigating rooftops, climbing stairs, and ascending ladders with a 300-lb weight limit while carrying a 20-lb tool bag.
