Must be able to work a flexible schedule
The 2nd Shift Machine Operator will be responsible for the correct set-up and operation of Large CNC or Manual Mills to produce parts efficiently and effectively

12-hour shifts are sometimes required to meet delivery schedules

Full-time work week is 40-55 hours, Monday - Friday, 10-hour days Monday - Thursday
Maintain accurate job logs, routers, and related documentation
Correctly use micrometers and calipers to read measurements and verify that all machined details are produced in a manner that meets router specifications
Possess a keen attention to detail, able to identify and resolve maintenance, product, or operations issues
Saturdays (1/2 days) as needed
Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Perform setups of large workpieces, choosing the correcting cutting tools, feeds, and speeds
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to set-up machine according to specifications and operate successfully, selecting appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds
