You will hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized and approved program in journalism, communications, or a related field.
You will have 8 years of experience in journalism, media relations, or communications, including experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting for an arts and culture entity.
You will have previous experience in the arts, culture, design, or creativity sectors.
You will have experience in international media relations and strategic communications.
You will have experience in crisis communications, reputational risk, and response management.
You must have strong networking and relationship management skills.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the media and public relations landscape.
You will be able to develop and maintain strong professional networks and perform effectively under pressure.
You must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of requests.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
2+ years of server hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days of start.
Lifting and moving material up to 40 pounds each
Working in cramped and/or elevated locations
Bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
Standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day
Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation
Work in a noisy environment
Work shifts longer than 8 hours to support 24/7 operations (covering both night and day shifts).
