Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle difficult callers and situations professionally
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and leaves of absence through multiple communication channels (phone, email, reporting)
Serve as a primary contact for HR Regional Office and Distribution Center HR administrators
Partner with internal resources (Specialists, SMEs, CoEs, HRBPs) to resolve complex issues
1–2 years of related experience preferred
Previous experience in roles such as: HR Representative in a large, fast‑paced service environment / Customer Service Representative
Ensure compliance with organizational, state, city, and federal regulations, including ERISA and applicable sick leave policies
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Document call summaries and case updates in the case management system accurately and efficiently
Excellent customer service and follow‑through
Utilize internal resources to build and maintain strong knowledge of HR Shared Services topics
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Cross‑train to support business needs across the HR Shared Services team
Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Comfortable handling a high volume of incoming calls while documenting in real time
Assist Associates and Managers with navigating HR systems
