10+ years as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
Proficiency with Procore; familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and schedules
Solid understanding of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to jobsites required
Able to navigate active construction environments including stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and uneven terrain
Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Read and interpret plans and specs, solving problems on the fly when the unexpected shows up
Lead all daily field operations, coordinating trade partners, and managing project schedules/look-aheads

Wear proper safety equipment (work boots with safety toe, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest).
Operate 2-way radio.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
Provide effective communication with contractors and internal teams while delivering the highest level of customer service.
Work well in a team environment.
Must have excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
Successfully complete the ATSSA Flagger training course and company-sponsored Defensive Driver training.
Willingness to travel statewide, with occasional overnight stays, and ability to work nights and weekends as required by projects.
Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule.
