Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience
Finish concrete surfaces according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards
Apply finishing techniques including troweling, broom finishing, edging, and joint finishing
Work from established layouts and grade controls to ensure proper elevation and surface consistency
Ensure all concrete surfaces are level, smooth, and compliant with ADA requirements when applicable
Inspect finished work and address imperfections before project completion
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
Collaborate with field crews and project teams to keep projects on schedule and maintain quality expectations
Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and job site safety
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively within a team environment
Ability to follow direction, project specifications, and established quality standards
Valid driver's license preferred but not required
