A minimum of 15 years of commercial nuclear power plant or U.S. Department of Energy site experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a QA Management or Supervisory position
Ability to effectively communicate; speaking, reading, understanding, writing and hearing clear English; pass audiogram in hearing conservation program as required by location
Confidence with Customer and Regulatory interfaces, including NRC Standard Review Plans for QA Programs
Proven ability to manage and monitor project QA activities on a daily basis
Applied knowledge of applicable regulations and national consensus standards
QA Program management skills, including proficiency in the development of QA program implementation documents
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field; or
Ability to use hands to accomplish tasks as assigned
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds; handle and reach below shoulder
Basic math and computer skills; ability to read blueprints
Ability to drive a vehicle, travel overnight and perform under deadline pressure
Strong knowledge of QA systems (i.e., training, design controls, procurement engineering, document control and records management, supplier qualifications, construction, maintenance and modifications, inspection and test, M&TE; controls, control of nonconforming items, corrective action, audits and surveillances)
Ability to work inside an office and outside
