Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction, facilities maintenance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction methods, commercial building systems, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) systems
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
Hands-on experience coordinating subcontractors and managing day-to-day field activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose field issues and implement practical solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with contractors, operations teams, and internal stakeholders
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction project management, or architecture in lieu of degree
An associate's degree or 2-years of construction trade school plus at least 1-year of relevant construction field experience
Or a high school diploma/GED plus 3-years of relevant construction field experience
OSHA 10-hour card or ability to obtain it upon hire
Must be willing to travel and provide on-site support for projects across the US (if necessary). Travel may be for extended periods of time
Must be able to work second-shift for extended periods of time and weekends as needed
Must be able to work full-time on construction project site
Must have independent means of transportation to the project jobsite
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
Advanced knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to use best judgment in critical decision making
Strong computer skills, including knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of this position, including walking for long distances, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing ladders & scaffoldings
Possession of a Federal Security Clearance (HSPD-12 minimum) or eligibility to obtain one
