Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related building science
Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry working for a general contractor
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a Lead Project Manager or Superintendent on commercial or industrial contracts
Complete proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, and Word
