10+ years of dedicated estimating experience in heavy civil, public works, infrastructure, concrete, earthwork, roadway, drainage, sewer, utilities, or related civil construction
Proven experience estimating for a self-performing civil contractor, not solely from a construction management environment
Strong experience with union labor pricing, crew-based production, equipment costing, and field-driven estimating methods
Deep familiarity with the New York City / Long Island civil construction market
Demonstrated experience estimating public works, municipal, DOT, agency, government, or infrastructure projects
