5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating is required
Proven track record managing public-sector or union construction projects
Strong understanding of construction drawings, bid specs, and job costing
Excellent organizational, time-management, and verbal/written communication skills
Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing field staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with estimating software is a plus
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under deadlines
No formal degree required—experience and drive matter most
