1st shift positions, Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm with overtime on Fridays, sometimes Saturdays
Must be able to follow all engineering as well as custom designed bus bar diagrams
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, blue prints, material lists, and other source material
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Able to work under stress of deadlines and constant changes to design of assemblies
Must have positive internal and external customer service attitude
Must have at least 1 year assembly experience doing mechanical assembly., working an assembly line is not comparable
Position requires lifting and holding in place assembly parts weighting up to 35 lbs. repeatedly over work period
2nd shift positions, Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 2am with overtime on Fridays, sometimes Saturdays
Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and possess a good work record
Much of activity includes holding bus bars overhead while inserting hardware
Candidates must be able to work these hours, schedule changes to a morning shift are not permitted
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must possess a good work record
Must be able to safely operate tools and equipment as required
Must be willing to work overtime on short notice to expedite customer needs
Must be able to safely operate drill press, band saw, grinders, cutters, and any other required tool needed to perform nonstandard installations
Knowledge of Standard Assembly. Previous experience in Switchboards Standard Connectors preferred
