Current and Valid OSHA 7500 -- Safety and Health Management Certificate
Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing
Must have the ability to communicate oral & written effectively.
Current and Valid OSHA 2045 -- Machine Guarding Certificate
Ability to supervise and train staff as needed.
Must successfully complete OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certification Training
Must possess the ability to analyze, troubleshoot and perform inspections on products daily.
Must successfully complete RSAC Reasonable Suspicion Training
OSHA certification is required.
Professional Certificate in Supplier Delegated Inspections
Current and Valid OSHA 7115 -- Lock Out Tag Out Certificate
Minimum of 5 -7 years of related experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a manufacturing/industrial plant is required. Multi-plant experience is required.
Professional Certificate in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance
Ability to read English (to review and comprehend quality assurance reports, schematics/blueprints, quality procedures and policy manuals).
Current and Valid OSHA7845 -- Recordkeeping Certificate
Must have strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must successfully complete the State of Connecticut workplace harassment training
Current and valid NFPA70E Arc Flash Certificate
Ability to lead and implement material production, related quality processes (ISO and QS Standards) and quality control.
Must have the ability to make timely and sound decisions using good judgment.
Current and Valid OSHA 7205 -- Health Hazards Certificate
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Quality Management, and/or Masters of Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Professional Certificate in Quality Audit Management Systems
Must possess basic math skills to measure, calibrate and calculate specifications for quality testing procedures.
Current and Valid OSHA7505 -- Introduction to Accident Investigation Certificate
Must have a professional demeanor and ability to communicate with all departments to foster a success-oriented, deadline driven organization.
Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
