Prior foreman or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Proficient in rigging, bolting, welding, and crane signaling.
Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart R (Steel Erection).
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and erection plans.
Comfortable using Contractor Foreman or similar mobile field documentation software.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
5+ years of experience in structural steel erection or ironwork.
Fall protection and rigging certifications preferred.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Minimum 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, soils reports, and contract documents
Experience with Autodesk Build / PlanGrid preferred
Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing crews or projects
Strong expertise in excavation, underground utilities, grading (mass and finish), demo, structural and flatwork preparation
Comfortable using construction technology including digital plans, timekeeping apps, GPS machine control systems
Experience operating and understanding capabilities of heavy equipment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong construction math and production rate knowledge
Experience with Topcon GPS systems preferred (training available)
Ability to manage multiple conversations, projects, and teams simultaneously
