Experience working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
Ability to work at heights and climb ladders when necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment

Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations
Basic mechanical knowledge to identify equipment issues and support routine maintenance
High School Diploma or GED preferred
