Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L; management experience.
Proven experience managing full project lifecycle operations and departmental leadership.
7–10+ years of commercial and/or federal demolition project management experience, including leadership of teams.
Experience leading teams in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Strong understanding of cost coding and construction accounting principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera), scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
