Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs. and assist with loading/staging when required
Proven ability to schedule crews and manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment (yard + field support as needed)
Strong understanding of landscape operations, including installation and/or maintenance workflows
Proficiency with Aspire or similar field service management software (or ability to learn quickly)
Ability to problem-solve in real time and adjust schedules due to weather, delays, or changing priorities
Experience translating work orders and project scopes into material, labor, and scheduling needs
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize quality and job readiness, not just speed and scheduling
Authorized to work in the United States
2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, scheduling, or field support in the landscaping industry
Valid Texas Driver's License preferred
