5+ years of construction estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, sequencing, scopes, and subcontractor coordination.
Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and build complete estimates from drawings, specifications, and early-stage project information.
Experience soliciting subcontractor bids and evaluating proposals for completeness, exclusions, gaps, and competitiveness.
Ability to identify scope holes, constructability concerns, budget risks, and clarification needs before bid submission.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with estimating and construction tools such as STACK, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Excel, or similar platforms.
