At least one year of relevant experience in MIG or TIG welding.
Knowledge of weld equipment and ability to adjust and solve problems as needed.
Must be able to adjust weld machine as necessary.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have working knowledge of common materials.
Must have general knowledge of pre-determined, routine procedures to include loading and unloading of parts in machines, part inspection, blueprint reading (will train), full scale drawing use and knowledge of inspection tool use.
Continuous mental and visual attention is required.
Requires constant alertness and attention to detail of correct product shipped and the count quantity.
Work involves likelihood of irregularity of work schedule to meet customer demand.
